Waste Management is english version of the third t.A.T.u. studio album. Waste Management was the first name of t.A.T.u.'s third studio album, but girls and management changed it to Vesyelye Ulybki/Happy Smiles due to personal issues. English version couldn't be named Happy Smiles, because HS Name was used on album-sale on iTunes, so they called russian version of the album "Happy Smiles" and english "Waste Management". After release of Happy Smiles, management planned to release english versions of the songs via the Official Site, but in September 2009, Conqeiro Verde Records - Recordlabel in Latin America, bought rights to the songs to release album. Waste Managament was released on December 15th, 2009 in Chile, Brazil and Argentina. On 11 November, the English version of the "Beliy Plaschik" music video premiered on MTV Brazil and achieved high notes. Waste Management is different release than Happy Smiles, girls changed the conception and artwork of the album. They came back to trash-styled girls in shabby coats style, and refused using Martian landscapes. Between each of song were included short instrumental interludes, so girls call the album "pinkfloydish".
