You And I is a movie based on true story of two young girls who are fans of russian group- t.A.T.u.. Inspiration for the producers was novel TATU COMEBACK written by russian politician- Aleksey Mitrofanov. The director of the movie is Roland Joffe (Mission, Super Mario Bros), and the script writers are Luke Goltz and Shawn Schepps. One of the main roles in the movie is played by american actress Mischa Barton, known from serial story "The O.C.". The story says about young american student who lives in Moscow - Janie Sawyer, who searches for escape in music in foreign city. Janie meets in t.A.T.u. site, other fan (Lana Starkova) of this most popular russian group. Imprisoned in provincial russian city Lana is despreated to escape from her boring life. At once girls are merged by very strong bound. Their common arrival to t.A.T.u. Concert comes to be tragical in results. It's the beginning of the adventure for them. Lena Katina and Julia Volkova said that the movie would be very scandalous and extremely true. Finding t.A.T.u. says story of two imprisoned girls who fell in love with each other. The premiere took place at Cannes (May 2008). The press didn't say many positive things, mainly they say that this movie would be perfect end of the t.A.T.u. group.
